Dr Ryan Duffy is in New Zealand for one event only following his Key Note Speech at the Career Development Association of Australia’s national conference. This half day presentation is aimed at career professionals, educators, HR professionals and others interested in life long career development.

Due to well-established work and well-being benefits many individuals seek to find and live a career calling. Drawing on research Ryan will discuss how people do find their calling. He will then introduce strategies to help individuals enact their calling, and to help practitioners to work effectively with clients who seek to find or live out a calling. Finally, he will explore the potential “dark side” of a calling and offer tactics to avoid this path.
